Refer to the cartoon posted here. Identify the point of view of the cartoonist. Do you agree or disagree with it? Explain your position, using Supreme Court cases to illustrate your argument.
The cartoon is trying to show that the Supreme court is not fully doing its job the picture shows that they sit and talk all day. I do not agree with the point of view of the cartoonist, I feel like the supreme court does its job well especially, examples such as Brown vs. Board of Education and Plessy Vs. Ferguson where segregation was declared unconstitutional in both cases.
